Kelly Newcomer retains copyright. You may purchase a print, or an original painting or drawing, but Kelly Newcomer retains the copyright, and the right to reproduce or further license the work. If you want to license the work to put it on t-shirts or an album cover, then you need to purchase that copyright. Just contact the artist using the contact form.
I gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Ship item back to me within 30 days at your expense. I don't accept cancellations. Contact me on the contact form. Digital downloads can't be returned or cancelled.
Buyer is repsonsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Return artworks that don't work out for you within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (minus the original shipping costs), and you are responsible for the return postage.
